As we enter into another year together, we are introducing a year-long stewardship effort called, “Walking in Love.”  We want all of us to consider how we are inspired by God to steward God’s abundance in this congregation and beyond. We all have many gifts and want to offer them to God, whether spiritual, financial, social, or any other. With that in mind we want to offer to God our prayers of thanksgiving and concern, financial gifts, and acts of loving service. All these support the ministry of the church. We ask that you take a note card in the pew and respond to the question below. Feel free to also add any prayer concerns as well. During the collection of the offering please put these in the offering plate. A few of these prayers or statements may be used as part of our Offertory Prayer.

ELCA Anti-Racism Pledge

As church we are called to confess the sin of racism, condemn the ideology of white supremacy and strive for racial justice and peace. Beyond statements and prayers, we are also called to act and respond to injustices. We invite you to commit to anti-racist actions at ELCA.org/RacialJusticePledge.

14Then the believers immediately sent Paul away to the coast, but Silas and Timothy remained behind. 15Those who conducted Paul brought him as far as Athens; and after receiving instructions to have Silas and Timothy join him as soon as possible, they left him.
