What's Happening at GA

GUSTAVUS ADOLPHUS LUTHERAN CHURCH is happy to announce its involvement in LSA Day at NY Mets for 2022! Lutheran Schools Association (LSA) is a professional organization that sponsors conferences and programs to benefit Lutheran schools and early childhood centers throughout the metropolitan New York area.  Please join us as the Mets take on the Philadelphia Phillies in the home stretch of the season on Saturday, September 18 at 7:10 p.m. The seats are in the fan-friendly Coca-Cola section (right field upper deck with food options and restrooms extremely close by).

Tickets are $40 each before August 1, and $45 each after August 1.

In order to facilitate things, we now have the option to order tickets by credit card. Once you have ordered tickets, please contact Dave Napitupulu and provide your name, email, and the number of tickets you purchased so that Dave can contact LSA to have us all seated together before the tickets are sent out.

Let's Go Mets!

LSA NY logoDid you know that Mets baseball + Lutheran schools and churches = lots of fun?  It will be a great day for LSA’s friends and best of all – those attending from GA Church will be seated together!

LSA is a 501(c)(3). A portion of every ticket sold goes to help fund LSA's continuing mission of facilitating and advocating, offering professional development at conferences and on-site at schools, and providing consultations and resources. This event also doubles as a way for us to get together and have fun!

Daily Bible Verse

  • 1 Samuel 5:1-12

The inhabitants of Gath replied, "Let the ark of God be moved on to us." So they moved the ark of the God of Israel to Gath. 9But after they had brought it to Gath, the hand of the LORD was against the city, causing a very great panic; he struck the inhabitants of the city, both young and old, so that tumors broke out on them.
