Study Series on the Reformation - Reformation Roots - (Fall 2016)

The Lutheran Church will be celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in October 2017.  To prepare for that celebration, our Sunday morning adult class will embark on a 8-session video series and discussion called, “Reformation Roots,” Oct. 9, 10 a.m. This series will offer details about the dramatic and turbulent times of the Reformation and describe how the Christian Church developed in to multiple denominations. We will be introduced to key characters and stories from that time that still impact us today.

Collecting Food for the Hungry and Homeless

As the weather begins to change, life for those who are hungry and homeless becomes even more difficult. Please bring non-perishable food items and place them in the baskets at the sanctuary entrance. The food we collect will be taken to the food pantry at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lower Eastside.

Healing Services

We offer brief healing services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month. These are powerful times of anointing and prayer. They are held in the sanctuary after the 11 AM service.

Daily Bible Verse
